Knowledge control is one of the main elements of assessing the quality of education. Teachers monitor the educational activities of students on a daily basis through oral interviews during classes and by evaluating various written works. We reviewed the advantages and disadvantages of the rating system of assessment, noted the importance of an adequate, fair and objective assessment.
