In January 2025, a meeting of the methodological council was held in the "OPEN SPACE" format, which was attended by 10 teachers.
The main issue on the agenda was the analysis of the scientific research work of teachers for the first half of the 2024-2025 academic year.
Analysis of scientific and methodological work (NMR)
N.K. Nurgalieva, Deputy Director for NMR, presented a report on the scientific and methodological activities of teachers based on the following criteria:
- Publications in the newspaper "U+"
- Publications with students
- Publications in collections of conferences and round tables
- Publications in scientific and methodological journals
- Video posts on methodological topics
- Author's works (methodological manuals, educational materials)
The main problem identified during the discussion is the lack of time for teachers to actively participate in research activities.
Additional issues considered:
- Preparation for the WorldSkills 2025 regional competition – speaker O.B. Shalapina, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs.
- Analysis of the events of the week of the PCC "General Education disciplines" - speaker Ainabayeva A. S., teacher of special disciplines, chairman of the PCC.
The meeting was held in a productive and open atmosphere. As a result of the discussion, practical steps were developed to increase the activity of teachers in research work.
