On the eve of an important historical event, Victory Day, an audio review of "5 stories about the war" was conducted for second-year students.
Five works by Kazakh writers: "The Golden Watch" by S. Shaimerdenov, "The Woman of the 41st" by Sh. Murtaza, "The Smell of wormwood" by S. Muratbekov, "Children of one Father" by M. Magauin, "Aklima" by G.Musrepov. These are stories telling how Kazakhstanis lived during the war years, how other people's children became relatives, how mothers waited for their sons. Along with the book review, the librarian introduced the audience to a pre-selected poem "About Bread" by J.Nazhimedenov, the famous Kazakh poet.
The children shared their impressions of the works they had read on the topic of the Great Patriotic War. During the review, the video "Kazakhstan – a great contribution to the Great Patriotic War" was presented to the attention of students.
