On April 21, 2022, on the basis of the ZEREK College, the regional round table "Continuity of preschool and school education: workshop of experience" was attended by Marina Ismagilova, head of the sector for the development of innovative processes in the organizations of the Type methodical cabinet of the Type Department of Education of the Akimat of Kostanay region, teachers, psychologists, speech therapists of preschool and general education organizations of the region, teachers of the "College ZEREK", directly involved in the training of teachers of preschool and primary education.
The purpose of this event is to identify and solve urgent problems of primary education in Kostanay region, dissemination and exchange of pedagogical experience.
During the round table, the following issues were discussed: the training of primary education teachers, the continuity of preschool education and primary school, the implementation of inclusive education, psychological and pedagogical support for younger schoolchildren, interaction with parents for educational work in the field of inclusive education, preservation of physical and psychological health.
In the closing speech of the deputy .Oksana Borisovna Shalapina, at the College of ZEREK, conducted attention exercises with elements of critical thinking development technology – creating a fairy tale aimed at developing speech and imagination.
Following the results of the round table, the participants propose:
1. To strengthen the Parent-Kindergarten-School partnership;
2. To consider the creation of a community of speech therapists of Kostanay region for interaction and solving tasks for the formation and development of speech skills;
3. To continue and expand the work on educating parents according to the program of the "Undestik" project
4. To strengthen the partnership of specialists in different fields, that is, doctors, teachers, speech pathologists, psychologists, etc. for the implementation of medical, psychological and pedagogical support for the adaptation of younger schoolchildren, for the assessment and development of speech of preschoolers and younger schoolchildren.
